Our Commitment to You At AMP Racing Parts, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for a return.
How to Start a Return Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours and walk you through the entire process — no stress, no runaround.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges Want a different item instead? Reach out to our team and we'll sort out an exchange as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Warranties All product warranties are provided. We'll do our best to support you through any warranty claims.
