Legal Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability — AMP Racing

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCT

By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold by AMP Racing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Off-Road & Aftermarket Use Only All AMP Racing products are sold for aftermarket, off-road, racing, or closed-course use only. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether any product is legal under your local, provincial, or federal laws. AMP Racing assumes no responsibility for road legality.

2. No Liability for Injury or Damage To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMP Racing assumes no liability for any personal injury, property damage, vehicle damage, fire, electrical damage, battery failure, financial loss, or death arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use any product.

3. Improper Installation & Misuse Our products are intended for experienced users or qualified professionals. AMP Racing is not responsible for improper installation, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modifications, or use on incompatible vehicles. Any misuse or modification immediately voids all warranties.

4. Safety Warning — Mechanical Components Mechanical products may affect vehicle performance, handling, and braking. Always verify proper alignment and torque, inspect all fasteners regularly, and have installation checked by a qualified mechanic. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.

5. Safety Warning — Electrical Components Electrical products involve high voltage and high current systems. Improper use may result in electric shock, fire, explosion, or death. Never modify connectors or wiring, never leave batteries unattended while charging, and disconnect immediately if overheating, smoke, or unusual odor occurs.

6. Limitation of Liability AMP Racing's total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are fully disclaimed.

7. Your Responsibility By purchasing any AMP Racing product, you agree that you:

  • Assume full responsibility for safe installation and operation
  • Have verified legal compliance in your jurisdiction
  • Release and hold harmless AMP Racing from all claims arising from use or misuse of the product

8. Warranty Disclaimer Unless explicitly stated in writing, all products are sold "AS IS" with no express or implied warranty. Performance and fitment may vary depending on vehicle condition and setup.

9. Governing Law This disclaimer is governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
